What Is Provisions Wholesale Ordering?
Provisions Wholesale Ordering program through City Market is a benefit available to active Co-op Member that replaces the Co-op's "Special Ordering" system. It provides a convenient way to get quality products, including your favorite items, by the case at affordable prices. You now have access to 20,000+ natural and organic products from the catalog of United Natural Foods (UNFI)—our largest distributor/our primary supplier—from a convenient online platform! Plus, we will be adding additional suppliers as time goes on.

- Simple to use and convenient online platform. Through Provisions, you can create product lists, search items based on specific attributes, and more!
- Wholesale pricing with greater savings as volume increases. Provisions prices are already discounted from retail pricing, AND you can achieve additional savings by reaching the volume tiers. Please note, Member discounts do not apply.
- 5% off orders $100 - 149
- 10% off orders $150 - 499
- 15% off orders $500+
- Access to a larger number of items than we can stock on our shelves. Have a favorite product or flavor that we don’t carry, or looking to get your favorite items by the case? Now you can order directly through Provisions!

To place a wholesale order, log in or sign up with your Co-op Member Number. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing when your product arrives at your selected City Market location for pickup. Reach out for assistance.

As of August 2026: we're proud to add a long-term supplier, Four Seasons, to Provisions! Four Seasons Produce, Inc. is a family-owned, full-service wholesale produce distributor supplying Organic, Local, and Conventional Produce to the Northeast. This partnership allows us to continue sharing the high quality regional and East coast produce that Four Seasons already sources and supplies for us—now at competitive wholesale rates for our active Members.
