Burlington Community Room for Nonprofits
Our South End Community Room is open for community use! On a limited basis, we are excited to welcome Community Outreach Partners and non-profit organizations to utilize our sunny and spacious Community Room, located on the second floor of our South End store.
Before You Book
Our South End Community Room can be reserved for community use on Friday evenings (4–8pm) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8am–8pm).
Who Can Use It
Co-op Community Outreach Partners, non-profits and community organizations are invited to apply. Organizations may reserve the room up to four times per year.
A Note on Usage
- The Community Room is not available for private events or parties, or for organizations with political or religious affiliations.
- No outside food or drink is allowed in the Community Room; food and drink must be purchased at City Market or coordinated through our Catering team.
Features of our Space
Located on the second floor of our South End store, the Community Room serves as a conference room for staff and board meetings, a classroom for community workshops and a gathering space for our community members.
- Capacity for up to 25 people.
- HDMI connection available — plug your own HDMI-ready laptop into our wall-mounted 55" display
- Wi-Fi is available upon request.
Please note: rental of this space does not grant access to the adjoining Community Teaching Kitchen. Rental also does not include on-site staff support, including IT support or access to City Market's software.
How to Make a Reservation
Please fill out the form below. Requests may be made up to 30 days in advance and require at least 7 days notice.
If your reservation is accepted, we'll send you a Use Agreement Form to sign and return to us before you are permitted to use the space.

No on-site staff support is provided with this rental.
