Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together tamari, tomato paste, brown sugar, lemon juice, sherry, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Add tofu cubes and marinate for 2 hours in refrigeration.

Toss onions and peppers in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat to char and slightly soften.

On a cookie tray, roast tofu until brown. Reserve marinade.

Once all ingredients are cooked, toss tofu, vegetables, and marinade together in a sauté pan over medium high heat until all ingredients are hot. Garnish with parsley.
