This is a favorite recipe of City Market’s own Produce Buyer, Mary Manghis. This dressing is so good! It’s best when made with fresh turmeric and ginger.

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup tahini
1 1⁄2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon kelp powder
3⁄4 cup water
3 tablespoons miso, light
2 tablespoons turmeric, fresh
2 tablespoons ginger, fresh (peeled)
4 tablespoons garlic
2 lemon
2 lemon (juice from 2 lemon)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Use less water for the thicker consistency of a spread or dip.
