Strawberry Salsa

This salsa may be made several hours ahead and chilled, covered. Serve with corn tortilla and beans or with fresh fish.

Ingredients
1 pepper, jalapeño
1 cup strawberries
1⁄4 cup onion
2 tablespoons cilantro
1⁄2 teaspoon lime juice
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Remove stems, seeds, and ribs from chili pepper and chop fine. In a bowl, stir together chili pepper, and remaining ingredients.
