Ingredients

2 tablespoons valerian
2 tablespoons skullcap
2 tablespoons lemon balm
2 tablespoons chamomile, dried
1 tablespoon orange peel
1 tablespoon lavender, dried
1 tablespoon licorice root

Instructions

Combine ingredients into a jar and use 1 tablespoon of the mixture per cup of hot water.
