Ingredients
1⁄2 teaspoon oregano, dried
1⁄4 cup mint, fresh
1 cup parsley, fresh
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
Instructions
Using a food processor, blender, or mortar & pestle, blend the salsa verde ingredients together. Check for seasoning (salt and pepper).
