Rosemary Spiced Cashews

Ingredients
3 cups cashews
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 rosemary sprig (finely chopped)
1 1⁄2 tablespoons salt, flaked
1 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silpat mat and dress with olive oil and spices. Spread out so the nuts are arranged evenly. Bake for 10-15 until lightly browned and aromatic. Let cool and serve at room temperature.
