Quick Strawberry Jam

This is a fresh, sweet jam that will brighten up baguettes, crackers, or even your PB&J!

Ingredients
1 quart strawberries (hulled)
1⁄2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
Instructions
In a food processor, coarsely chop strawberries.
Place strawberries in a large skillet; add sugar and lemon juice. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until jam has thickened and bubbles completely cover surface.
Transfer jam to a jar and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for up to 10 days.
