2 tablespoons lemon juice
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄2 cup cheese, parmesan (grated)
salt
1⁄2 cup pesto
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest
black pepper
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Pour over greens and toss well. Extra dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
