Parsley Salad

This is one of our favorite herb salads and is great with soups or roasted or grilled meats.

30 minutes

4 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups parsley, fresh
3 scallion
  lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
  salt (to taste)

Instructions

Mix everything together.  Let sit about 20 minutes before serving so that the flavors combine.
