Ingredients
1⁄3 cup wakame
2 cups cucumber
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 orange
1 tablespoon tamari
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
sea salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds in a medium bowl and marinate for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
