No-Bake Maple Bird Seed Cookies

These aren't for the birds! And make sure you use Vermont maple syrup!

Ingredients
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup raisins
1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Stir the oatmeal, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and raisins together. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter and syrup until mixed. Add vanilla. Blend with dry ingredients. When cooled, roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Optional: Roll in maple granulated sugar for added sweetness.
