Kale with Ras el Hanout

Ingredients
2 bunches kale (chopped)
1 shallot (sliced)
2 ounces tomatoes, grape (halved)
spice, ras el hanout (add as needed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Add the oil to sauté pan over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until their slightly soft. Gradually add kale and allow to wilt. Continue to add kale as space allows.
Add tomatoes and toss with kale until heated through. Season to taste with Ras el Hanout.
