Homemade Mustard

Ingredients
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup chili sauce, sweet
1⁄2 cup mustard seeds, black
1⁄2 cup mustard seeds
1⁄4 cup sugar
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to medium size sauce pot. Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes or until seeds have absorbed the liquid. Remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Transfer to jar and cool. Once cool, it is ready to serve.
