Easy Raspberry Sherbet

This non-dairy quick and easy raspberry sherbet is the perfect hot summer day treat! With just 4 ingredients it takes minutes to make and is mouthwateringly delicious!

Ingredients
3 cups raspberries (frozen)
2 tablespoons honey, raw
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2⁄3 cup non-dairy milk
coconut, shredded (optional topping)
raspberries (optional topping)
Instructions
In a large blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Test mixture and add more non-dairy milk if needed. Transfer into a freezer safe container and let chill for 2-3 hours or until firm. Top with shaved coconut and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
