1 cup yogurt, plain
1⁄2 cucumber (chopped)
2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1⁄2 tablespoon cilantro (minced)
2 tablespoons chives (minced)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Allow the flavors to meld for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
