Cranberry Sauce

This is a fresh, zesty cranberry relish, perfect alongside the Thanksgiving turkey. Just don't expect it to be in the shape of the can!

Ingredients

1 pound cranberries
2 orange peel, dried
1 lemon
2 apple
1 1⁄2 cups sugar

Instructions

Grind the cranberries and each of the fruits separately in a food processor. Once the fruits have reached a nice consistency, add them to a large serving bowl. Toss them all together and add sugar to taste. Serve immediately or store for later - this recipe will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
