Cilantro Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cilantro
1⁄4 cup mint, fresh
1⁄4 cup onion, red
lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt
Instructions
Mix everything together. Let sit about 20 minutes before serving so that the flavors combine.
Optional additions:
½ cup chopped pink radishes
1 ripe mango, diced
