Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
Adapted by Caroline Homan from www.allrecipes.com
I had always wanted to know how to make chicken satay, and I found this tasty and easy recipe thanks to a friend and member of the Co-op. You could make this recipe vegetarian with tofu or tempeh as well. Use leftover sauce on rice, veggies, or as a dipping sauce for Thai spring rolls. Yum!
