Carrot Apple Beet Ginger Juice

Ingredients
3 apple
6 carrot (large)
1 spinach (handful)
1 ginger, fresh (1 piece (size of two thumbs))
1 turmeric, fresh (1 inch piece )
Instructions
Put apples, carrots, spinach, and beets in a juicer, one piece at a time. (A masticating juicer will handle the spinach better.) Add the ginger root and the turmeric to the juicer. If you only have ground turmeric, add it directly to the container catching the juice and stir until it is dissolved. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired. Pour into glasses and drink right away.
