Brown Bag Apple Salad

Serve up this tasty summer salad that's filled with delicous fruit as a power lunch or a sweet desert! Can be served with local granola and served on or with a side of your favorite local yogurt!

Ingredients
1 apple (cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
1 cup pineapple (fresh, cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
1 cup grapes (seedless, halved)
1 orange (small, peeled and segmented)
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons apple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄2 cup granola
pinch cinnamon, ground
3 tablespoons yogurt, Greek
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and serve immediately. If making the salad a day ahead, add the granola just before serving.
