Breaded Tilapia

Ingredients

1 egg
1 dash milk
6 fish, tilapia
1⁄2 cup panko
1⁄2 ounce coconut flakes, sweetened

Instructions

Beat 1 egg and dash of milk together. Combine coconut and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip tilapia in egg mixture and coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mix.

Bake in 350 F degree oven for 12 minutes, or until flaky.
