Basic Marinade
Recipe by Michael Clauss.
Enjoy this basic marinade for meats, fish and tofu! For fish, substitute lemon juice for red wine vinegar and dill for parsley.

Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Mustard, Dijon
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt, kosher
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until combined. Reserve for marinating.
