Banane Plantain (Steamed or Boiled Plantains)

Ingredients
5 plantain (green, not black)
water
salt
Instructions
Wash the skin before opening the plantains. Remove skin, pull off strings. Cut plantains into 2-3 pieces. Put water in the bottom of a steamer and place plantains on top. Sprinkle with salt. Bring to a boil and steam for 3-5 minutes. Serve with a meat or vegetable stew.
