Ingredients
3 apples (quartered)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup sugar, turbinado
1 tablespoon cardamom seeds (lightly crushed)
Instructions
Cover and leave in cool place for up to 2 days. After 2 days, place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl. Strain the mixture. Squeeze to remove any remaining liquid. Discard solids. Pour liquid into clean Mason jar or glass bottle. Shake well to combine. Keep refrigerated. Shrub will keep for up to 1 year.
