Survey Says: We Want Your Feedback

City Market employs a number of different ways to gather customer feedback: talking to employees who work on the sales floor every day, listening to customers, reading customer comment cards, reading customer emails, and sometimes asking for more in-depth information via a survey. For the first time in several years, we’re asking for some of that in-depth customer feedback through a survey. “Why now?” you ask. Well, City Market is working diligently on a second store, we’ve been in our current location for just over 10 years, and we’re always trying to get to know you better so we can meet your needs every day. This survey of less than 30 questions is open from Friday, June 8 through Saturday, June 30. Your response will also be your entry into our drawing for one of ten $50 City Market gift cards.
