Lunch Tray Campaign

City Market is teaming up with Hunger Free Vermont for a second annual Lunch Tray Campaign Friday, June 21 through Sunday, June 30.

This Lunch Tray campaign is an opportunity for City Market patrons to learn more about Hunger Free Vermont and assist in the expansion of their child nutrition outreach in Vermont. “As City Market works with community non-profit partners toward a goal of eradicating childhood hunger, we’re proud to sponsor Hunger Free Vermont’s efforts toward this end,” comments Allison Weinhagen, City Market’s Director of Member Services, “It is important to us that all members of our community, including those who are most food insecure, are able to access a variety of healthful and quality foods.”

Customers will have the option to donate $1 at the register to Hunger Free Vermont's child nutrition programs, and we are aiming for a goal of raising $3,000 during the week.
