City Market Visits Turkey Hill Farm

We visited Turkey Hill Farm in Randolph, VT on a lovely, early-spring day. The sun was shining and the sap was flowing. Our hosts, Margaret and Stuart Osha, showed us how to transform maple syrup into granulated maple sugar, fed us a delicious homemade meal, and took us up to the sugar shack to see sap boiling. The day culminated with watching Stuart tap a tree just for us!
