Which Variety of Apple Did I Pick?

We're excited to roll out a brand new tool on our website: our Apple Variety Guide. With the 70 or so amazing varieties of apples that we'll see this season, we thought it would be helpful to have all the qualities and flavor notes for each one accessible from home. For instance, the Zestar to the right is an early honeycrisp variety. Its sweet flavor makes it a favorite for fresh eating.
