New in Meat & Seafood: Beef Sirloin Florentines
Check out these beautiful creations from the folks in our Meat & Seafood Department: Beef sirloin hand-wrapped around spinach and provolone cheese. To cook, let it sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes while you let the oven preheat to 350 degrees. Place in oven safe pan or casserole dish and leave uncovered. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20-25 minutes per pound of meat, or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove, place on a plate, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove butchers twine and serve!
