The Local Bounty Begins

We are starting to see more of our local vegetable producers coming in with great early-season crops. Here's a selection of what you'll find in our Produce Department:

• Garlic Scapes from Last Resort Farm (Monkton) and Rocky Branch Farm (Jay, NY)
• Cucumbers from Miskells Organics (Charlotte)
• A variety of greens from Diggers' Mirth, Pete's Green and Hazendale Farm, including Mesclun, Baby Lettuce, Baby Spinach, Arugula, Spicy Mix and Beet Greens
• Basil and other local herbs
• We are on the last legs of local asparagus, so pick some up while its still available!
