Giving Thanks

The Produce Department would like to give a big shout of gratitude to our local farmers for making our department – and I’m sure the tables of all our shoppers – such a vibrant place for the Thanksgiving holiday. The farmers were amazing at providing us with produce bursting with flavor, color and variety and being so generous in their delivery schedules meeting our needs at such a busy time of year. From sweet potatoes to Brussels sprouts, cranberries to beets, carrots to apples, mushrooms to celeriac, garlic to turnips and everything in between, they kept us all content and made our holidays extra bountiful and special. We are most appreciative of their hard work, community spirit, and generosity.
