New Addition to Our Egg Cooler: Doolittle Farm

This week we welcome a new egg farm to the Co-op: Doolittle Farm. This little farm down in Shoreham is run by the Hammond family and has 350 hens living outside on the pasture. They are certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers and their feed is grown either locally by their neighbor or in New York state. Along with selling eggs, the Hammonds also raise meat birds, spin sheep's wool, harvest blueberries, and boil syrup.
