How Much Coffee Would a Woodchuck Roast?

Vermont is known for its industrious woodchucks and this week we welcome a new one to town. Not to be confused with a well-known hard cider producer, Woodchuck Coffee Roasters is a new company roasting their beans locally in South Burlington. Their small batch roasts are Fair Trade Certified and certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers.

We are carrying three of their varieties:

• Sumatra Mandheling - (Dark Roast)
• Papua New Guinea - (Medium Dark Roast)
• Peruvian - (Medium Roast)
• And coming soon, Cascadia/Swiss Water Espresso Blend Decaf
