Fiddleheads Arrive at the Co-op

Sure signs of spring continue to pop up here at the Co-op. This week, it's fiddleheads! These aptly named fern spirals were wild-harvested here in Chittenden County by wildcrafters who have signed our Sustainability Pledge.
