It's not every day that breaking open a loaf of bread puts you in a certain state of rhapsody. The airy crumb and crunchy crust of our latest bread offering, Bohemian Bread, is sure to satisfy. Wood fired and delicious, this bread comes to us from baking duo Annie Bakst and Robert Hunt of East Calais, who started their bakery in 2003. Bohemian Bread is delivered to us fresh three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) and comes in three flavors:

• Rosemary Lemon
• Troika 3 Seed
