Yum Dragon Dumplings

Local vendor Linda Furiya is now supplying City Market with her amazing dumplings!  Look for them in the frozen section of City Market. (Aisle 6)
Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic scallions, organic garlic, organic ginger, tofu, cellophane noodles, bamboo shoots, mock duck, shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, Shaoxing rice wine, sesame oil and white pepper.
Dough - Unbleached all-purpose flour, water and spinach juice for coloring.
