Contest Rules

Eligibility

No purchase necessary. Drawings are open to City Market Members (shareholding and non-shareholding) whose Membership is active on date of entry. Non-Members may also enter via form. Entrants must be 18 or older and must be able to pick up their prize in person at City Market and Skirack. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. You may enter this contest in one of two ways: 

  1. By shopping at either City Market location during the month of April 2025, providing your active Member Number at checkout, and opting into the contest; or 
  2. By filling out a digital entry form at Customer Service at either City Market location and subscribing to email and text message updates from City Market during the month of April 2025.

No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per Membership or household. Incomplete entries are void.

Selection of Winners 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by April 30, 2025. Prize drawings will be conducted by City Market during the week of May 5, 2025. Winners need not be present to win and will be notified by telephone and/or email within one week of the drawing. Every reasonable attempt will be made to award each prize. If after every reasonable effort has been made (three attempts over 15 days) to award the prize but the potential winner cannot be reached after 15 days from first notification attempt, or the potential winner has refused to accept the prize, or if the entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, City Market will select another winner at random from the pool of entrants using the same process described above.

Taxes

Grand Prize winner is responsible for all relevant taxes, including sales tax on the e-bike and income tax on the prize.

Exchanges

Grand Prize winner may use the value of this prize to purchase the listed gift package or as credit toward another e-bike from Skirack. This prize may not be used at another store or converted to cash. Gift cards and Walk to Shop Trolleys cannot be exchanged or converted to cash.
