Join Heike Meyer, bakeress of Brot Bakehouse, for a four-part livestream series on all things sourdough throughout the month of March: feeding and maintaining a sourdough culture, beginning to bake with sourdough - simple biscuits and cookies, taking it to the next level with bread, and finally crowning it with a cake. Tune in for just one part, or join us for all four! We’ve learned how to feed our starter and use it for bread, biscuits, and cookies, and finally, we’ll use our starter to bake a cake!
