Join Heike Meyer, bakeress of Brot Bakehouse, for a four-part livestream series on all things sourdough throughout the month of March: feeding and maintaining a sourdough culture, beginning to bake with sourdough - simple biscuits and cookies, taking it to the next level with bread, and finally crowning it with a cake. Tune in for just one part, or join us for all four! We’ll start the series with an intro to the sourdough process and a deep dive into feeding and maintaining your sourdough starter.
