A bountiful collection of sliced vegetables, including snap peas, tomatoes, carrots, daikon, yellow bell peppers, parsley, and celery are arranged around a bowl of bright magenta beet hummus.

In this Intervale version of How to Build a Tasting Board, our theme will be dips! We will be focusing on a couple of different style dips (textures, presentations, etc.) as well as supplementing with ample fresh fruits and veggies from local farms. We will prepare the produce and dips and then come together to discuss how to build a colorful and bountiful board.
