Shelburne Farms re-envisions its massive, historic farm in Shelburne, Vermont as a living classroom showing the next generation of Vermonters how to grow in a sustainable and delicious way. They're particularly known for their cheddar, milked and aged on the same land, and they'll be sampling it at our South End location on Thursday, March 14. Come by and try it out!
