A Mosaic of Flavor: Peruvian Chicken and Rice

The Mosaic of Flavor cooking series is a collaboration between City Market and USCRI Vermont (US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants Vermont, formerly the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program). Join Giovanna Yaranga to learn how to make a delicious Peruvian Chicken and Rice dish with aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow chili pepper). We will cook and eat together while learning about Peru and Peruvian cuisine! Giovanna came to Vermont from Peru to attend UVM and has lived here for 32 years.

Proceeds from the tickets sales for this class will go to USCRI. Class will be held in-person in the South End Community Room.
