Homemade Potato Gnocchi and Sauces

Join Chef Jason Gelrud as we work together to make potato gnocchi and two sauces: a spicy sausage cream sauce, and a butternut squash sauce with sage and brown butter. Class will be held in the Teaching Kitchen of the South End City Market location.
