A Mosaic of Flavor: Afghan Qabuli Palow

Join us for an evening of Afghan cooking! Qabuli Palow is a rice dish from Afghanistan and is popular at all celebrations. It is a sweet and savory dish with lamb, raisins, carrots, and spices. This class will be taught by Tamana Malik, who came to Vermont in 2021 with her family and enjoys teaching and sharing her culture. Class will be held in the Community Room of the South End City Market location.
