Sunshine Flow Yoga with Sangha Studio

Come flow in the sweet June sunshine with Sangha Studio at the Intervale Center! We will link breath with a continuous flow of movement in this strong, active practice. What better way to practice than in the sun, with your friends, on the lush green grass, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Intervale Center?!?! We can think of no other way! Expect to glisten a little #naturesglitter and don't forget your water bottle and sunscreen!
