Create a home-cooked meal that is both delicious and healthy. In this live cook-along class, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Lili Hanft will guide you through how to prepare a nourishing feast made from nutrient-dense, whole-food ingredients. The menu includes: Honey Mustard Chicken with Roasted Asparagus, Spring Greens and Radish Salad with Cilantro Dressing, Sweet Potato Chocolate Pudding, and Date Cashew Coconut Bites. All recipes are free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. You will receive a shopping list and recipes ahead of time so you can cook along with the presenter.
