Intervale Cooking Series: Skewer Grilling 101

Join us for the next installment of our cooking series down at the Intervale Center, where we’ll fire up the grill and learn all about cooking on skewers with City Market’s Chef Michael Clauss. We’ll work together to assemble and cook a variety of skewer options while learning some basic grilling tips to make the most of the season’s harvest. This class is held in an outdoor cooking space, so please wear and bring what you’ll need to be comfortable.
