Intervale Cooking Series: Summer Grilling with Honey Road

Join Cara Tobin, Chef-Owner of Honey Road restaurant in Burlington for an evening of Middle Eastern grilling! We’ll work together to make a meal of summer fruit Fattoush with grilled peaches, crispy pita, and sumac, yogurt-marinated chicken Shish, and red pepper pita. This class will be held outdoors at the Intervale Center—please wear layers and close-toed shoes, and bring bug spray, sunscreen, a water bottle, or whatever else you’ll need to be comfortable.
